If you are unable to provide a standard POA document (such as a utility bill or bank statement), you may submit a secondary photo ID (front and back) as an alternative. Accepted documents include a driver's licence or national ID, provided the document displays your residential address.
Please note that a valid POA is required to unlock withdrawals. Without a verified POA, you will not be able to submit a withdrawal request.
