VT Markets allows only one profile per client. Accounts cannot be deleted and re-registered, and any new application using the same identity details will be automatically declined. If your application was rejected for duplication, you must continue using your original account or request an email update instead of registering again.
VT Markets Account Deletion and Duplicate Registration Policy
Single Profile Policy: Each individual client is permitted to hold only one personal profile (Client Portal account) linked to a single registered email address with VT Markets.
Account Deletion and Re-registration: Accounts cannot be deleted to create a new registration. If your identity details are already linked to an existing account, any new registration will be rejected during verification, and trading will not be enabled on that duplicate account.
-
Mandatory Use of Original Profile: If your registration is rejected for duplication, you cannot use the new application and must continue using your originally registered account.
Resolution for Lost Access or Duplicate Registration Issues
Email Replacement Rule: If your original account was registered under
old-email@gmail.comand you attempted to register withnew-email@gmail.com, you should request an update to your existing account's email rather than creating a separate profile.Self-Service Email Update: If you still have login access to your original account, update your registered email address directly inside the Client Portal.
Assisted Profile Recovery: If you cannot access your originally registered email address or account, you can request an email replacement through Customer Support instead of creating a new account.
