How to update my registered phone number in the client portal?
To update your registered phone number in the client portal, please ensure you still have access to your current phone number, as a verification(SMS) code will be sent to complete the process.
Follow the steps below to proceed:
Log in to your client portal, then go to Profile > Security Management.
In the Phone Number section, click the Modify button.
Click Send OTP and enter the verification code sent to your current Phone Number.
Enter your current client portal password and your new phone number, then click Send "OTP" again.
A verification code will be sent to your "new" phone number. Enter the code and click Confirm.
Once confirmed, your phone number will be successfully updated. You can now use your phone number to log in to the client portal.
