How to update my registered email address in the client portal?
To update your registered email address in the client portal, please ensure you still have access to your current email address, as a verification code will be sent to complete the process.
Follow the steps below to proceed:
Log in to your client portal, then go to Profile > Security Management.
In the Email Address section, click the Modify button.
If you haven't verified your email yet, please complete the initial verification before clicking "Modify".
Click Send Code and enter the verification code sent to your current email address.
Enter your current password and your new email address, then click Send Code again.
A verification code will be sent to your "new" email address. Enter the code and click Confirm.
Once confirmed, your email address will be successfully updated. You can now use your new email address to log in to the client portal.
