Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your account. With 2FA enabled, logging in and making withdrawals require both your password and a time-sensitive verification code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator.
Enabling 2FA helps protect your account from unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised. Once active, the verification code will be required for withdrawals, ensuring that only you can move funds out of your account.
You can also enable Login Authentication, which requires a 2FA code every time you log in to the Client Portal. This is recommended for maximum account security.
How to enable 2FA Login Authentication
- 1. Log in to the Client Portal.
- 2. Go to My Profile > Security Management.
- 3. Under Security Authenticator App, click Modify to set up your authenticator app and bind it to your account.
- 4. Once set up, toggle on Enable Login Authentication to require 2FA verification on every login.
