Why was my PRO ECN trading account downgraded?

If your ECN PRO trading account has been changed back to an ECN trading account, it could be due to the following reasons, but not limited to:

1. After upgrading your PRO ECN trading account, you joined an IB affiliate.
2. Your VT Markets individual account has been changed to an IB account.
3. Your trading account did not meet the following conditions during any 30-day period within a 90-day timeframe.

Five (inclusive) closed orders, and the trading account's notional value is greater than or equal to 500,000 (equivalent to USD)
*Notional Value = lots * contract size * close price
Account balance > 10,000(equivalent to USD) and have closed order history.
