You can open a live or additional trading account through the VT Markets Client Portal or the VT Markets App once your personal details verification is complete.
Client Portal
- 1. Log in to the Client Portal.
- 2. Navigate to Account > Open Account.
- 3. Select your preferred account type
- 4. Submit the application.
- 5. Check your email for confirmation containing the login details for your new trading account.
If your preferred account type is not listed, select any available account type. Then, in the Additional notes section at the bottom of the application, clearly state the specific account type and server you wish to open.
VT Markets App
- 1. Open the VT Markets App.
- 2. Tap the account number at the top of the screen to open the account management page.
- 3. Tap New Live Account.
- 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your application.
Once your application is processed, you will receive an email with the login credentials for your new trading account.
- Your preferred account type is not listed: Select any available account type and specify your preferred type and server in the Additional notes section of the application.
- Cent (USC) account not available: Cent accounts can only be opened on MT5 and are capped at five per client. If you have reached the limit, you will not be able to open additional Cent accounts.
- Unable to open an account: Ensure your personal details verification is fully completed. If it is still pending, complete the verification process first and try again.
