To deposit via this channel, please log in to the Client Portal and follow the steps below.

1. You may click the "Deposit" icon in the middle of the interface. Alternatively, you can click "Funds" on the left and go to the "Deposit funds" page.

2. Choose the trading account you want to deposit into, the amount and press "Continue". 

3. Choose the "International Bank Transfer" method. 

4. Transfer the amount following the details provided and upload the receipt by clicking the "+" icon.

5. Select "Pay Now" to complete the deposit order.

 

【Notes】
1. The processing period of the deposit through this method will take 3-7 working days. The exact time of the funds to be credited to your trading account varies depending on the financial institutions.

2. Kindly be reminded that the "transaction confirmation/receipt" mentioned should include your full name, your bank account number, transaction time, and the amount.

3. The bank account for this transaction should be in your name. VT Markets does not accept any deposit from a third party. Any deposit from the third party will be returned to the original account you used for this deposit.

4. If you have successfully deposited for over 3-7 business days, but it has not been credited to your trading account or you are unable to make deposits, please contact our Live Chat or send the transaction confirmation/receipt or the screenshot of the error message to info@vtmarkets.com through your registered email for further check.

5. Advanced verification must be completed before this method is available.
