To deposit via this channel, please log in to the Client Portal and follow the steps below.

1. You may click the "Deposit" icon in the middle of the interface. Alternatively, you can click "Funds" on the left and go to the "Deposit funds" page.

2. Choose the trading account you want to deposit into, the amount and press "Continue". 

3. Select the "Neteller" option. 

4. Click "Pay Now", and you will be transferred to another page. Please log in your Neteller account and complete the deposit process.

【 Notes】 
1. Please note that the "requested deposit amount" should equal the "actual deposited amount." Any mismatch between the amount might cause a delay or deposit failure. 
 

2. If you have successfully made a deposit, but it has not been credited to your trading account or you are unable to deposit, please get in touch with our Live Chat or email info@vtmarkets.com for further assistance with following things:

a. Your MT4/MT5 trading account
b. Screenshot of successful transaction
 

3. The account for the deposits must be in your name. VT Markets doesn't accept any deposit from third party accounts.

Skrill

1. Select the "Skrill" option > "Continue" > "Pay Now"

2. You will be transferred to another page. Please log in to your Skrill account, and complete the deposit transfer.

4. The account for the deposits must be in your name. VT Markets does not accept any deposit from a third party.
