Neteller
To deposit via this channel, please log in to the Client Portal and follow the steps below.

1. You may click the "Deposit" icon in the middle of the interface. Alternatively, you can click "Funds" on the left and go to the "Deposit funds" page.

2. Choose the trading account you want to deposit into, the amount and press "Continue". 

3. Select the "Neteller" option. 

4. Click "Pay Now", and you will be transferred to another page. Please log in your Neteller account and complete the deposit process.

Skrill

1. Select the "Skrill" option > "Continue" > "Pay Now"

2. You will be transferred to another page. Please log in to your Skrill account, and complete the deposit transfer. 

【 Notes】
1. Please note that the "requested deposit amount" should equal the "actual deposited amount." Any mismatch between the amount might cause a delay or deposit failure. 

2. The account for the deposits must be in your name. VT Markets does not accept any deposit from a third party.

Contact Customer Support, via Live Chat or Email, if your deposit has not been credited after the applicable processing time, or if you transferred funds using payment information from a previous deposit request.

When contacting Customer Support, provide:

1. Your registered email address

2. Your trading account number

3. The deposit method, amount, and currency

4. The current deposit status, if available

5. A transaction slip clearly showing:

• a. The total amount deducted/transferred
• b. The transaction date and time
• c. Your payment account details
• d. The recipient account details

6. A screenshot of the deposit record or any error message displayed
