What do I do if I don't have a valid Proof of Address (POA)?

If you are unable to provide a valid Proof of Address, you may submit a secondary photo ID (front and back) such as a driver's license, or national ID. It is essential that one of these documents displays your residential address details.

However, please note that a valid Proof of Address is required when requesting a withdrawal. If you do not possess valid proof of address, your withdrawal request cannot be submitted.
