To complete your account verification, you can submit one of the following documents issued within the last 6 months. All documents must be full-color copies clearly displaying your full name, issue date, and complete residential address (PO Box addresses are not accepted):
- Bank Statement: Issued by a recognized financial institution.
- Utility Bill: Electricity, water, gas, or landline/broadband phone bill.
- Government-Issued Tax Documents: Official tax assessments or municipal tax notices.
- Certificate of Citizenship: Formal government citizenship certificates containing your residential address.
- Residency Proof: Official residency certificate bearing an official government stamp.
- Secondary Photo ID: A secondary government-issued photo ID showing your residential address (such as a Driver's License, National ID, or Passport, provided it is not the same document used for POI verification).
Documents must be sharp and clearly legible, with all four corners visible. Hard-copy paper submissions, handwritten documents, blurry scans, cropped edges, and reflective/glare photos will not be accepted.
