Examples of acceptable documents include:
• Photo ID (front and back)
• Passport (photo page and signature page)

If you wish to use your ID as your Proof of Address (POA), please ensure that it clearly displays your address.

Please note that hard-copy documents and handwritten documents are not accepted.
