A valid, government-issued photo ID in full colour that clearly displays your name, photo, date of birth, issue date, and expiry date is accepted as Proof of Identity (POI).
To complete your identity verification, you will need to submit one of the following documents:
- Photo ID: submit both the front and back of the card
- Passport: submit both the photo page and the signature page
Your document must be an original, digitally produced document in full colour. Hard-copy documents and handwritten documents are not accepted.
