To verify your VT Markets account, you must submit two valid supporting documents: Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA). Once your POI is approved, you can begin trading, and once your POA is approved, you will be able to withdraw funds from your live trading account.

Proof of Identity (POI):
- Accepted Documents: Valid government-issued passport, driver’s license, or national ID card.
- Document Criteria: Must be a full-color, high-resolution copy clearly showing your full name, clear photograph, date of birth, issue date, and expiry date.

Proof of Address (POA):
- Accepted Documents: Utility bill (electricity, water, or gas), bank/credit card statement, local tax document, or formal rental/lease agreement.
- Document Criteria: Must be issued within the last 6 months and clearly display your full name, residential address, and issue date.

- Sign in to Client Portal using your registered email and password.
- Navigate to the Profile tab and select My Profile > Verification

Click Verify Now to attach your POI document file and POA document file.
Once submitted, account verification is typically reviewed within 3 business hours, and you will receive an email confirmation once your account is approved.
