If your verification status requires updated documents or previous uploads were rejected, you can submit new files directly through the Client Portal:
- 1. Log in to the VT Markets Client Portal.
- 2. Click the Profile icon (avatar) in the upper-right corner of the page.
- 3. Select Verification from the dropdown menu to access your verification dashboard.
- 4. Locate the level requiring submission (e.g., Level 2 Identity Verification or Level 3 Residency Address Verification) and click Verify Now to upload your updated documents.
If your documents have already been submitted and the status shows under review, please wait for our internal team to finalize the assessment; resubmission is disabled during the active review process.
