You can check your verification status in the Client Portal by clicking your profile icon (upper right corner) and selecting Verification.

Your account has three verification levels, each unlocking different features:

Level 1 – Personal Details Verification — Complete your profile to unlock deposits.
Level 2 – Identity Verification (POI) — Verify your ID to unlock trading.
Level 3 – Residency Address Verification (POA) — Upload proof of address to unlock withdrawals.

If your verification has been pending for more than one business day, or if you encounter any issues during the process, contact Customer Support or email info@vtmarkets.com and provide:

Your registered email address
The verification level that is pending
A screenshot of your current verification status from the Client Portal
