Trading with leverage offers higher profit potential but also involves the risk of losing more than your initial deposit.

Negative Balance Reset:

Automatic Reset: Performed every 3 minutes.

Manual Reset: If the auto-reset is delayed, a manual reset button will appear in your Client Portal 1 hour after the negative balance occurs.

Action Required: If your balance is negative for more than 1 hour, refresh your client portal to use the manual reset button. If the button does not appear, please notify us right away.

You can follow the instructions below to request a negative balance write-off manually.
1. Log in to the Client Portal.
2. Choose "Accounts".
3. Select the "Settings" icon at the far right of your MT4/5 account and click the "Reset balance."

Important note:
- If your trading account has a credit bonus, it will be fully removed when the balance is reset.
- Before resetting the balance, all positions in the trading account must be fully closed.
- PAMM/MAM accounts are not eligible for this feature.
