Deposits are usually credited to your trading account within 30 to 60 minutes.

Please note that the processing time may vary depending on the deposit method used:
- Local Bank Transfer: Within 1 business day or less
- Credit Card, Cryptocurrency, E-wallets: Within 60 minutes or less
- International Bank Transfer: 3 to 7 business days

If you have completed a deposit but the funds have not been credited to your trading account within 30 minutes, please prepare the following information in advance and contact us:

1. Your trading account number
2. Your transfer receipt/transaction proof
3. You may send the details to our online customer support.

For deposits made via e-wallets or cryptocurrency, please also provide:
1. Payment ID
2. TXID/HASH (Transaction ID)
