Deposits are typically credited to the client's trading account within 30 to 60 minutes.

However, if you have made a deposit using a credit or debit card and have not received the funds within 30 minutes after the status shows "successful," please send your trading account number and transaction receipt to info@vtmarkets.com using your registered email address.

If you have made a deposit using E-wallet-related methods and have not received the funds within 30 minutes after the status shows "successful," please send your trading account number, transaction receipt, Payment ID, and TXID to info@vtmarkets.com using your registered email address.

Please note that the processing time for your deposit may vary depending on the deposit method used. Some deposit methods such as Swift international bank transfer takes 3 to 7 business days for the fund to arrive.
