If you have forgotten the password for your MT4/MT5 trading account, you can quickly request a password reset directly through the Client Portal:

1. Sign in to the VT Markets Client Portal with your registered portal email and password.
2. Navigate to the Account tab on the left-hand menu and find the specific trading account you wish to reset.
3. Request Password Reset: Click the Settings (gear) icon next to the trading account, select Change Trading Password, and click Forgot Password.
4. Check Your Email: A password reset link will be sent immediately to your registered email address to create a new trading password.
