How to Log In to MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/5) on Mobile

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access your VT Markets trading account using the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) mobile applications on both iOS and Android devices.

Step 1: Download the App

Before you begin, ensure you have the correct application installed on your device. You can download them via the official links below:

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

For Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad)

MetaTrader 4 (MT4)

  1. Open the app and tap Settings (bottom right corner).

  2. Tap New Account.

  3. Select Log in to an existing account.

  4. In the search bar, type "VT Markets" and select the specific server assigned to your account (e.g., VTMarkets-Live).

  5. Enter your Trading account number and Password.

  6. Tap Sign In.

MetaTrader 5 (MT5)

  1. Open the app and tap Settings (bottom right corner).

  2. Tap New Account.

  3. In the search bar, type "VT Markets" and select VT Markets  (Pty) Ltd.

  4. Choose your server from the dropdown menu and enter your Trading account number and Password.

  5. Tap Done.

For Android Devices

MetaTrader 4 (MT4)

  1. Open the app and tap the Menu (≡) (upper left corner) > Manage Accounts (or "Get Started").

  2. Tap the "+" icon (upper right corner).

  3. Select Log in to an existing account.

  4. Search for "VT Markets" and select your server.

  5. Enter your Trading account number and Password.

  6. Tap Sign In.

MetaTrader 5 (MT5)

  1. Open the app and tap the Menu (≡) (upper left corner) > Manage Accounts.

  2. Tap the "+" icon (upper right corner).

  3. In the search bar, type "VT Markets" and select VT Markets (Pty) Ltd.

  4. Select your server and enter your Trading account number and Password.

  5. Tap Login.

💡 Important Tips for Successful Login

Double-check your Server and Trading account number: Ensure you are selecting the exact server and Trading account number provided in your account opening email (e.g., distinguish between Live and Demo).

Copy & Paste: To avoid errors, Type it manually instead of copying directly.

Error Message: If you see "No Connection" or "Invalid Account," check your login information if it is correct.
