If you have successfully logged in, and the symbol that you choose is not grey-colored, please make sure that you logged in by using Master Password and not the Investor Password.
On the login credential email that is sent to you, you should see there are Master Password and Investor Password.
The Investor Password is the read-only password and if you log in by using it, the MT4 will be in read-only status.
