To utilize international bank transfers for deposits or withdrawals, VT Markets requires clients to complete an Advanced Verification process. This measure ensures maximum transaction security, prevents financial fraud.
To unlock bank wire channels, you must successfully submit both Advanced Proof of Identity (POI) and Advanced Proof of Address (POA) according to the criteria below:
1. Advanced Proof of Identity (POI) Requirements
Your submitted document must be a valid, government-issued photo ID that clearly displays your full name, photograph, date of birth, issuance date, and expiry date.
National ID Card: A high-resolution color scan or photo of both the front and back.
Passport: A clear photo of the data page (photo page) and the signature page.
💡 Quick Troubleshooting Tip: If your National ID card upload repeatedly fails automated system verification, we highly recommend uploading your valid international Passport instead to expedite manual compliance approval.
2. Advanced Proof of Address (POA) Requirements
For bank channel authentication, ONLY official Bank Statements are accepted as valid Advanced POA.
The document must strictly adhere to the following three rules:
Legal Name: The statement must explicitly show your full registered name, matching your trading profile.
Residential Address: The document must clearly display your actual physical residential address. (Exception: If your bank statement does not contain your address, you have to submit an additional supporting document from the past 3 months, such as a utility bill, showing both your name and address.)
Recency: The document issue date must be strictly within the last three (3) months and show on your statement.
Note: Hard-copy printed photos of scanned copies, mobile screenshots, and handwritten documents are strictly rejected. Please upload the original electronic PDF statement generated by your bank.
Verification Status & Next Steps
Upon submitting your documents via the [VT Markets Client Portal] or VT Markets APP:
Our internal team will review your submission. You will receive an immediate email notification detailing any updates or approvals regarding your verification status.
Once your Advanced POA is verified, international wire transfer options will be activated for your funding activities.
Please ensure all documents are uncropped, clear, and perfectly legible to prevent processing delays.
