Please be advised that trading accounts will be automatically archived by the system if they remain inactive.

The following are the conditions for triggering the archive:

For MT4/5 Trading Accounts:
No login and trading activity for 90 consecutive days or more, under the following balance conditions:
- MT4 Accounts: Balance is ≤ 10 units of the account currency (e.g., 10 USD, 10 EUR, 10 GBP).
- MT5 Accounts: Balance is ≤ 0 in the account currency.

For MT5 Cent Accounts:
No trading activity, deposit, or withdrawal for 5 consecutive days or more, under the following balance conditions: account balance is ≤ 100 USC.

For Copy Trading Accounts:
No balance, open positions, deposit, withdrawal, or login/trading activities for 7 consecutive days or more. Once the account has met these conditions, please reach out to us via info@vtmarkets.com, and our internal team will help archive the copy trading account manually.

How to Resume Trading: 
If you wish to trade again, you can easily create a new account:
1. Log in to your Client Portal.
2. Navigate to Account > Open Live Account.
3. Create a new trading account.
