You can resend your login details to your registered email directly from the VT Markets App.

1. 1. Open the VT Markets App and tap the Menu icon (nine squares) in the top-left corner.
2. 2. Tap Security.
3. 3. Tap Login Details.
4. 4. Select the trading account you need the credentials for.
5. 5. Tap Send Now.

The login details will be sent to your registered email. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.

To make sure future emails from VT Markets reach your inbox, add the following addresses to your safe senders or domain whitelist:

• do-not-reply@email.vtmarkets.com
• support@edm.vtmarkets.com
