1. Automatic Archiving of Trading Accounts
If you simply wish to stop using a specific live trading account, you do not need to submit a manual request. Our system features an automated archiving process:
The Criteria: A trading account will be automatically Archived if it has a balance lower than a specific amount, no open positions, and remains inactive for a specific period.
The Benefit: This keeps your Profile still restored in VT Markets without requiring any manual intervention from your side.
2. Permanent Closure of Profile Account
If you wish to permanently close your entire VT Markets Profile (including access to the Client Portal and all associated sub-accounts), please follow the formal application process:
How to Apply: Send a formal request via your registered email address to info@vtmarkets.com
Verification: This request must come from your registered email to ensure security, identity verification, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: Before submitting, ensure all trades are closed, and your remaining balance is withdrawn.
