To ensure platform stability and prevent excessive system load, trading request limits are applied to high-frequency trading activities based on your account equity and balance. Please refer to the applicable rules for your trading platform (MT4 or MT5) below.
1. Accounts with Equity Below USD 5,000
If your account equity is below USD 5,000, limits apply to high-frequency trading activities (such as Expert Advisors (EA)).
For MT4 Accounts:
The system monitors order modification requests. Restrictions will be triggered if either of the following conditions is met:
Condition A: More than 600 order modification requests are submitted within 1 hour.
Condition B: More than 3 order modification requests per second are submitted, and the total number of modification requests exceeds 400 within 1 hour.
For MT5 Accounts:
The system monitors trading requests to prevent excessive EA activity. Restrictions will be triggered if either of the following thresholds is exceeded within 10 minutes:
Order Opening/Closing: More than 400 requests.
Order Modification: More than 400 requests.
2. Accounts with Zero Balance
To prevent unnecessary system load, accounts with a zero balance that continuously send trading requests are subject to the following restriction:
Request Limit: A maximum of 100 trading requests within 5 minutes.
Applicable Accounts: This rule applies to all account types, including Cent and Standard USD accounts.
Exemption: PAMM accounts are exempt from this restriction.
