To optimise performance, closed trades older than 14 days are automatically archived. These trades will no longer appear in your account history after that period.
Important notes:
- This applies to trade history only — deposit and withdrawal records remain fully accessible.
- Daily account statements will continue to show all past trade data.
- Monthly statements generated after archiving may not include older trades, but full records are always available upon request.
- The archive orders will be included in one record displayed as "Summary Order (Date)".
If you need access to archived trades, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Full name
- Account number
- Trade date
- Server name
