The card number on the withdrawal page may look unfamiliar because digital wallet services (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay) and virtual banks create a unique Device Account Number / Virtual Account Number for transactions to protect your physical card details.
When you make a deposit using Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a virtual card, the system replaces your actual physical card number with an encrypted virtual number. VT Markets receives and records only this virtual card number during the deposit transaction, which is why it appears on your withdrawal page instead of your physical card number.
Step-by-Step to Identify and Match Your Card in Apple Pay & Google Pay
- Apple Pay (iOS Settings):
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap Wallet & Apple Pay.
- Select the specific payment card used for your deposit under Payment Cards.
- Tap Card Information (or Card Details).
- Check the last 4 digits of the Device Account Number (DAN) — this matches the card number displayed on your VT Markets withdrawal page.
- Google Pay / Google Wallet (Android):
- Open the Google Wallet app on your device.
- Tap the card you used to deposit.
- Tap Details or the three dots (⋮) menu.
- Locate the Virtual account number — the last 4 digits will correspond to the number shown on your withdrawal page.
