To update your registered phone number in the VT Markets App, please ensure you still have access to your current phone number, as a verification(SMS) code will be sent to complete the process.
Follow the steps below to update the phone number via VT Markets App.
- 1. Open the VT Markets App and tap Home in the bottom-left corner.
- 2. Tap the menu icon ( ⠿ ) in the top-left corner.
- 3. Select Security.
- 4. Choose Mobile Number.
- 5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the change.
Your bound phone number will be updated to the new number. Please note that withdrawals will be disabled for 48 hours after the phone number is successfully changed or removed. This is a security measure to protect your account.
