To check your account ID and address status, log in to the Client Portal and click the "Portrait" in the upper right corner > Verification

Deposists are available once personal details have been confirmed.

Please note that your ID needs to be verified before being able to trade.
Additionally, both POI (Proof of Identify) and POA (Proof of Address) verification are mandatory for withdrawal.
