Step-by-Step for Archiving Your Card in the Client Portal
1. Go to Withdraw Funds: Log in to the Client Portal, go to Funds, and select Withdraw Funds.
2. Enter Amount: Enter your withdrawal amount and click Continue.
3. Select Card: Choose the Credit Card method and locate the unavailable card.
4. Click Delete icon and Upload: Click the Delete icon, upload your official bank letter and bank statement, then click Update to submit.

If the Delete Icon Is Not Displayed
If the delete icon does not appear on your withdrawal page, submit your archive request via email:

2. Card Archiving Request - [Your Full Name]
3. Include your trading account number, completed card number, and state that your card is unavailable, and attach both your official bank letter and the deposit bank statement.
