Under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, withdrawals must return to the original deposit source up to the total amount deposited. If you funded your account using a debit or credit card, you must withdraw back to that card until your card deposit quota is fully cleared before other withdrawal methods become available.
Withdrawal Policy & Quota Rules
Same-Source Withdrawal: In compliance with financial regulations, funds deposited via credit or debit card must first be refunded back to the same card.
Unlocking Alternative Methods: Once you have withdrawn an amount equal to your total card deposits (fully clearing the card quota), additional withdrawal channels (such as bank transfer or e-wallets) will automatically appear in your withdrawal page for any remaining balance or profits.
Accounts Without Card Withdrawal Support: If the debit/credit card option is not displayed on the withdrawal page, your region or account type may not support card refunds. In this case, choose any other available payment method listed on your withdrawal page.
Example Calculation
Initial Deposit: You deposit $500 using a credit or debit card.
Account Balance: After trading, your total balance increases to $800 ($500 initial deposit + $300 profit).
Withdrawal Process:
Principal ($500): You must withdraw the first $500 back to the same credit or debit card to fulfill your deposit quota.
Profits ($300): Once the $500 quota is fully cleared, alternative withdrawal methods (e.g., bank transfer or e-wallet) will unlock in your Client Portal, allowing you to withdraw the remaining $300.
