How do I withdraw funds via e-wallet?

You can withdraw funds to an e-wallet such as Skrill or Neteller through the Client Portal. E-wallet withdrawals are available if you originally deposited via e-wallet or if you are withdrawing trading profits.

  1. Log in to the Client Portal.
  2. Go to Funds > Withdraw Funds.
  3. Select your trading account number, enter the withdrawal amount, and click Continue
  4. Click E-Wallet and select your preferred channel (e.g., Skrill, Neteller).
  5. Fill in the required details and submit your withdrawal request.
