VT Markets offers a "Refer a Friend" program that allows eligible VT Markets clients to invite friends and earn rewards. You can use your unique referral link and invitation code directly from the Client Portal while tracking your invited referees' progress in real time.

Referrer Eligibility Criteria to Access Your Referral Link

• Referrer Qualification Requirements:

  1. 1. Must have an active deposit record on your account.

  2. 2. Must have a record of closed trade orders.

  3. 3. Each qualifying trade order must have a holding duration of at least 3 minutes.

  4. 4. Account must be registered for more than 14 days.

  5. 5. The referrer must be a retail client and not an Introducing Broker (IB).

  6. 6. Your registration region must fall within the specified region.

• Steps to Retrieve and Share Your Referral Link:

  1. 1. Log in to the VT Markets Client Portal.

  2. 2. Click the Promotions tab on the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. 3. Select Refer A Friend to view your unique referral link and invitation code.

  4. 4. Copy and share your link or code with your friends.

  5. Notice: When an invitee registers using your link, their account is automatically linked to your profile under the program. If an invitee forgets to use your link or code during sign-up, the system cannot manually retroactively link the accounts.

      

Referree (Participation) Scope Eligibility Conditions

• Referee Restrictions:

  • The referee must not be registered under an existing IB or CPA affiliate structure.

  • The referee must be a retail client.

• Referee Trading Task Criteria:

  • Orders must be closed transactions.

  • Order holding duration must be no less than 3 minutes.

  • Eligible product classes: Gold, Silver, Foreign Exchange (Forex), and Crude Oil.

     

Referrer Reward Payout Timeline

• Completion Window: Referees must complete all qualification tasks within 60 days of registering through the referral link.

• Referrer Claim Waiting Period: Referrers can claim the reward 60 days after the referred friend satisfies all promotion requirements.

   

Troubleshooting & Common Inquiries in Referral A Friend Program

• "Refer a Friend" Missing from Promotions Tab: If the option is not visible in your Client Portal, your account does not currently meet the eligibility threshold or your account is registered as an IB account.

• Invited Friend Not Showing in Referral List: This occurs if your referee failed to click your referral link or forgot to input your invitation code during registration. Per program rules, manual linkage after registration is not supported.

• Trades Not Counting as Trading Criterion: Verify that your referee traded eligible products (Gold, Silver, Forex, or Crude Oil) and that each position was held for at least 3 minutes before closing. Trades closed under 3 minutes or executed on indices/crypto do not qualify.

• Reward Claim Button Locked After Friend Completed Tasks: The referral program applies a mandatory 60-day security holding period after the referee meets the requirements before the reward can be unlocked and claimed.
