Your referral promotion or link may not appear in your Client Portal if you have not yet met the eligibility requirements for the referral programme, or if the offer is not available in your country or region.
There are several reasons why a referral promotion (link) may not be visible in your Client Portal:
- Eligibility requirements not met
- The referral programme has specific qualifications that must be fulfilled before a referral link is generated. If you have not yet met these requirements, the link will not appear.
- Regional restrictions
- The referral programme may not be available in your country or region due to regulatory or operational limitations.
- Partner account type
- If you hold a partner account, such as an Introducing Broker, CPA, or PAMM account. The referral programme does not apply, and no referral link will be displayed.
