Archived trading accounts cannot be reactivated or reopened under any circumstances. To maintain server performance and optimize execution speeds across trading terminals, VT Markets automatically archives dormant accounts that meet designated balance and inactivity thresholds. Clients who wish to resume trading can open an additional live account instantly through the VT Markets Client Portal.

Troubleshooting and common inquiries
-
1. Why can't I log in to MT4/MT5 with valid credentials?
• If the terminal displays "Invalid Account" or "Authorization Failed", check the "Inactive" tab in the VT Markets Client Portal to see if the account was archived due to 90+ days of dormancy.
