Please ensure that you only deposit the supported Public Blockchain (Coins): BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC.

If you accidentally deposit into an unsupported network, the outcome depends on whether it is supported by our underlying provider (Bybit):

1. Supported by our provider (Bybit)
The funds will not be credited to your VT-Wallet.
You must contact Customer Support to apply for a refund. Once approved, the funds will be returned via the original transfer path.
Please note that this is a manual process and may take some time.

2. Not supported by our provider (Bybit)
The assets may be permanently lost. In this case, you will need to contact the sending platform for further assistance.
