While both copy modes are forms of copy trading that allow you to copy the strategies of experienced traders, they differ significantly in their execution methods, supported platforms, and required account types:

VT Markets App Copy Trading:
- Platform: Native feature integrated directly within the VT Markets App and Client Portal.
- Account Type: Requires a dedicated Copy Trading account created inside the Client Portal or VT Markets App.
- Execution & Workflow: Trades are managed natively within the VT Markets ecosystem. Once the Copy Trading account is set up, it can serve as a copier (follower) or be configured as a signal provider. Providers can link the MT4/MT5 account with their Copy Trading account to execute trading strategies that followers automatically replicate.
- Setup Path: Managed entirely within the VT Markets App or Client Portal.

Social Trading (Vtrade):
- Platform: A web-based platform connected to your trading environment.
- Account Type: Uses your standard live MT4 or MT5 trading account.
- Execution & Workflow: You link your MT4/MT5 account credentials to the Vtrade platform, where trades from your selected signal providers are automatically mirrored in your connected account.
- Setup Path: Configured via the dedicated Social Trading (Vtrade) portal.
