If you are unable to log in to your demo account, please check the following:
1. Confirm whether your demo account has exceeded the applicable 30-day validity period:
╴MT4 demo accounts are deleted 30 days after registration.
╴MT5 demo accounts are deleted after 30 consecutive days of inactivity on the MT5 Apps or MT5 PC.
2. Make sure you are using the correct account number, password, and server. These details can be found in the registration confirmation email you received when the demo account was created.
If you have verified all the above details and are still unable to log in, you may proceed to open a new demo account.
