In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our withdrawal policy, deposited funds must be withdrawn from the same source used for the initial deposit.
If the deposit source is no longer available or the current credit card withdrawal does not apply to your account, we require the funds to be withdrawn via another method under the same name as your trading account.
To initiate a withdrawal via another method, please follow these steps:
Please follow the steps below to archive your credit card on the Client portal:
Clicking Funds > Withdrawal fund > Fill in amount > Continue > Credit card method > Click the "Delete symbol" > Upload the document > Update
(If the "Delete symbol" button is not displayed, please provide the document to info@vtmarkets.com)
1. Obtain an official letter from the bank or card-issuing company stating that the card used for your initial deposit is no longer available.
Alternatively, you can provide proof of deposit with your name and the transaction history of VT Markets.
Note that the official letter should be issued by the financial institution and cannot be in handwritten form.
2. Bank Statement with transactions made with the card you want to archive
