In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our withdrawal policy, deposited funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
For example, if you deposited a total of 500 USD via credit card "A", you must withdraw the same amount—500 USD—back to that card, which is credit card "A".
Once you have fully used up/withdrawn the card withdrawal quota, you may use another available method to withdraw your profits..To withdraw via Credit/Debit card, please log in to the Client Portal and follow the steps below.
1. Click "Funds" > "Withdraw Funds" from the menu on the left
2. Select your trading account number, fill in the amount, and click "Continue".
3. Once your debit/credit card deposit limit has been fully used, you will be able to withdraw the remaining funds through other methods, such as an International bank transfer.
*If the debit/credit card option is not available, it may indicate that card withdrawals are currently not supported for your account. In this case, please proceed with a withdrawal using one of the alternative methods available on the withdrawal page.
