In compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and our withdrawal policy, deposited funds must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
For example, if you deposited a total of 500 USD via credit card "A", you must withdraw the same amount—500 USD—back to that card, which is credit card "A".
Once you have fully used up/withdrawn the card withdrawal quota, you may use another available method to withdraw your profits..To withdraw via Credit/Debit card, please log in to the Client Portal and follow the steps below.
1. Log in to the Client Portal, please click "Funds" and select "Withdraw Funds" from the menu on the left
2. Proceed to select your trading account number, fill in the amount, and click "Continue".
3. Once your debit/credit card deposit limit has been fully used, you will be able to withdraw the remaining funds through other methods, such as an International bank transfer/ Cryptocurrency
*If the debit/credit card option is not available, it may indicate that card withdrawals are currently not supported for your account. In this case, please proceed with a withdrawal using one of the alternative methods available on the withdrawal page.
