Introducing Brokers (IBs) can manage, claim, and withdraw accrued commissions directly through the VT Markets IB Portal. The payout procedure consists of two sequential phases: releasing claimable commissions into your liquid Rebate Balance, followed by withdrawing those funds to your external payment method or transferring them internally to a trading account.

Rebate payout workflow and fund allocation
-
• Two-stage distribution model:
1. Accrual and claim: Eligible commissions accumulate from closed trades within your subordinate network and are moved into your active rebate balance upon submission of a claim.
2. Disbursement or internal routing: Once commissions settle in your rebate balance, they can either be withdrawn externally or transferred internally.
• Withdraw rebate: Cash out earnings to an external payment channel (such as a local bank transfer or international wire transfer) in your registered region.
• Transfer rebate: Shift funds internally into an active MT4/MT5 trading account to trade directly, or reallocate them to subordinate accounts within your IB structure.

Rebate Payout processing timeframes by stage
-
• Stage 1 (claim approval & balance reflection):
After submitting an application to claim your rebate, approval typically take 1 to 2 business days before the funds are credited to your available IB rebate account balance.
-
• Stage 2 (external withdrawal settlement):
After funds are deducted from your IB balance following a withdrawal request, external bank or payment gateway settlement generally requires 1 to 3 business days to arrive in your designated account.

Troubleshooting and common Rebate inquiries
-
• "Apply for a rebate" button is unresponsive or disabled:
The button will not trigger if your "Rebate to Be Claimed" balance is 0.00 USD.
If a prior rebate claim application is currently undergoing review by the internal team, the button remains locked until the pending request has been finalized.
-
• Commissions not appearing immediately:
Commissions are calculated based on closed positions from your subordinate network and processed in daily batches.
The previous day's rebates are calculated and updated daily between 09:00 and 11:00 AEST. Trades completed outside the reconciliation cycle will appear in the next scheduled calculation window.
-
• Mismatched withdrawal beneficiary details:
In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) standards, the receiving bank account or payment method must match the registered legal name of your IB profile. Third-party disbursements are strictly prohibited.
