1. Markets are closed. Check product specifications by clicking the "i" icon at the upper right corner to view the product's trading hours.
2. Server upgrade or maintenance in progress. You can view the announcement information in the pop-up window or by going to the Trading > Notifications section of the official website.
3. Older version of the VT Markets App. Ensure that your VT Markets App is the latest version by tapping Profile > Settings > Update App.
