What are the criteria displayed on the Rating page?

What criteria are used to rank the Providers on the Rating page? If I have previously adjusted the privacy settings (for example, changed to Private and then back to Public), will it affect the ranking?

Please define the key terms and show the calculation logic of each value on the Rating page (Trading days, Total profit, Max drawdown, Equity, Return (1M), Profit Rate (Total), Investors, Investors' equity).
