Yes, Tier Points may be deducted or adjusted if a deposit is cancelled, refunded, charged back, reversed, or otherwise becomes ineligible under the ClubÉlite Programme.

 

Only verified, successful, and eligible deposits qualify for Tier Points.

 

Tier Points may also be adjusted, withheld, or revoked if the associated transactions or account activities are found to be invalid, suspicious, or abusive. 

Any deduction or downward adjustment of Tier Points may affect your current membership tier.

 

You can check your accumulated Tier Points and current membership tier at any time by logging in to the IB Portal and navigating to the ClubÉlite tab.
