This functionality enables you to swap one cryptocurrency for another instantly within your VT-Wallet dashboard without having to transfer assets to an external exchange.

Troubleshooting for using Convert in VT-Wallet

  • Insufficient Balance Alert: Ensure your chosen From currency has sufficient available balance in VT-Wallet to fulfill the swap amount before initiating.

  • Rate Refresh / Expiry: Because crypto market prices fluctuate continuously, quoted exchange rates refresh periodically; if a prompt appears indicating the quote has expired, simply re-confirm the updated rate to proceed.
