Core Supported Functions: Currently available features include On-chain Deposit, On-chain Withdrawal (Under maintenance), Internal Transfer (instant capital migration between VT-Wallet and your MT4/MT5 trading accounts), and Crypto Conversion (Convert).
Eligibility Criteria Before Using VT-Wallet
Active Live Trading Account Required: To activate and use VT-Wallet, you must hold at least one active Live MT4 or MT5 trading account; clients holding only demo accounts are not eligible.
Account Limit: Each unique VT Markets User ID (UID) is permitted to maintain only one primary VT-Wallet.
Activation VT-Wallet Workflow
New Clients: When you submit an application and register for a Live MT4/MT5 trading account, the system automatically provisions a VT-Wallet for your profile by default, requiring no additional manual setup.
Existing Clients with a Live Trading Account: Log in to your VT Markets Client Portal, select VT-Wallet from the left-hand navigation sidebar, and click the activation prompt to enable the feature instantly.
