What is the rebate transfer?

The Rebate Transfer feature allows IB to transfer rebates from their rebate account to a subordinate rebate/trading account or their own rebate/trading account. 

This feature is available via the "Funds" > "Transfer Rebate" button in the IB Dashboard.
