1. "The account cannot be used for registration": The account is not available, it can be an issue that the trading account is in Read-Only status. Please make sure whether your proof of ID has been verified.
2. "Wrong login or password": You have entered the wrong account number or the password. Please make sure you use the Master Password of the trading account to log into the Vtrade portal.
3. "Forbidden": This usually occurs when you try to adjust the offer settings when there are already followers in it. You can only adjust the offer freely when there is no follower in the offer.
4. "This subscription already exists in the system": You have already followed this provider. You cannot join multiple offers from the same provider. You can still follow other providers.
