There are 2 common reasons why you stop receiving the Daily/Monthly Confirmation emails from us:
The email ends up in your spam/junk folder: Please check your mail filter settings and mark our emails as "Not Spam" or whitelist support@vtmarkets.com as your email provider's domain.
Your Live/Demo trading account is inactive or has been archived: If you have no recent transaction history, deposit or withdrawal records, or your trading account has been archived, you may not receive Daily/Monthly Confirmation emails.
