Will handling fees, overnight interest, dividends, and extension deductions be included in the calculation of accrual fees?

Since fees such as commissions and swaps that are directly charged within positions will be included in profit and loss calculations, they will also be included in the calculation of performance fees. However, additional expenses such as dividends and rollovers will not be included in the calculation.
